About the Record

Webs We Weave, the 4th full-length release from the San Antonio, TX based band, is a strong ode to some of those that influence and inspire them: Testament, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Machine Head, Lamb of God and Black Sabbath. Webs We Weave is by far their most complex and darkest output to date. That darkness is quite evident in tracks like Alone In The Dark, Crosses, and the title track. That complexity is woven into the epic tracks Past The Sky and Walk With Me. Thrashier and more to the point tracks Rise and Bleeding Me Dry have earned regular air play on regional FM stations 99.5 KISS – San Antonio and C101 – Austin. All of which encompass mind-bending solos, intricate riffs, precise bass, booming drums, resonating & aggressive vocals and vivid lyrics.

About the Artist

Formed in 1998, DEAdpOOL combines elements of Thrash, Groove & Doom Metal, bringing into being the evolution of their own Modern Metal. The band is comprised of Gordon Ireland (vocals), Mike Lopez (bass), Carlos Lopez (guitars) and Chris Wolfe (drums).

Live and loud is DEAdpOOL at their ultimate. On stage is where you experience the essence of the band. The power and passion are obvious as members of the DEAdpOOL SOCIETY, the band’s fan club, chant, thrash and thrust their horned fists in the air. DEAdpOOL have traversed South Texas and have shared the stage with several legends of the genre including Prong, Hatebreed, Mercyful Fate, WatchTower, Helstar, Pissing Razors, Crowbar and numerous regional bands.
